Plaster bust by Niccolò da Uzzano (1359 - 1431 in Florence) was an Italian politician, the Gonfaloniere of Justice in the government of Florence.
Donatello originally made a bust of him. 
The expression appears mild but firm at the same time. 
Nicely detailed sculpture on a faux marble base.
