Mid century diabolo shade desk lamp made from brass and leather, designed by Frenchman Jacques Adnet (1901-1984). Jacques Adnet was a representative of French Modernism. 
The lamp is in good original condition with new braided wire.
The lamp shade is adjustable in many ways.
The lamp switch is beautifully integrated in the brass base/
