Impressive and very unique floor lamp with a working chain mechanism.
The lamp consists of a welded steel eiffel tower like base, an aluminium shade with signature and a chain mechanism.
It's not clear what the artist tried to represent (a camera/projector?) but it has an intresting look.
Due to it's imperfections it's actually quite a nice decorative lamp. 
Steampunk/industrial look.
Dating from the 1970s and created by a Local Belgian artist Noël Fievez
