Beautiful mid-century diabolo floor lamp very much in the style of Rene Mathieu.
Perforated parchment 'diabolo' lamp shade mounted on a brass articulated light socket with original switch and a black lacquered base with brass spring-like decors.
The shade is adjustable.
Tested and ready to use.
The lamp emits a beautiful, warm diffuse light.
Condition: base: good condition, no colour loss
Shade: Original colour, slightly damaged but still great looking.
The base has a stamp 'Montagut - Toulouse' but we cannot find a reference for that name.
