This very popular design was created by jean Louis Domecq for Jieldé lighting company in Lyon in the 1950s and is still popular today.
 
This early, original example was left in original condition and 'as always' mounted on a used brake disc to provide stability in any of the settings.
 
Rewired, tested and ready to use with a regular E26/E27 light bulb.
