Designed in the 1960s and produced in solid elm and cognac leather, the s10 chair is one of the most elemental works in Chapo's oeuvre with a straight forward, simple design, resulting in a timeless work.

- Leather: One of the chairs has a more used/patinated leather, the other one is very good.

Pierre Chapo who was born into a family of craftsmen in Paris, was greatly inspired by designers Charlotte Perriand and Le Corbusier, as well as the Bauhaus movement. His modernist designs were heavily focused on craftsmanship. His passion for wood can be seen in his seminal works like the S11 Chair, the T22 L’Oeil Coffee Table, the R08 Sideboard, R16 Sideboard and the T21 dining table.
