For sale are these rare, large early 20th century carnival masks made from wood and painted papier maché.
Although looking a little creepy and intruiging they have a great decorative potential.
The wear is just right to give them the antique, original look.
These where acquired on a antique market in France, little is known about their provenance. They where used a carnival masks in the early 1900s.
Wherever you will display them, they will be a conversation piece.
We opt to sell them as a pair, so they can stay togheter.
